World Taekwondo Championship: Defeated Pakistan’s Haroon Khan in round of 16

In the ongoing World Taekwondo Championship in Baku, Pakistan’s Haroon Khan suffered a defeat in the round of 16 after winning the first two events.

In the minus 58 kg weight category matches, Pakistan’s Haroon Khan defeated Serbia’s Belanovic 0-2 in the round of 64, scoring 6-14 and 10-17.

In the round of 32, Haroon Khan faced Egypt’s Mansoor Mustafa. In the first round, the Egyptian player dominated Haroon, but in the next two rounds, the Pakistani player outclassed his opponent and won 0-2.

In the round of 32, Aaron’s winning scores were 14-11, 2-15 and 4-16.

In the round of 16, Harun could not maintain his performance and was beaten 0-2 by Russian free-lancer Gutsav Giorgi.

The score of victory of the Russian athlete against Aaron was 4-7 and 2-14.

4 players from Pakistan are participating in Baku World Taekwondo Championship.
